- GW or IV - there will still be colic, no matter how you look at it!
— I had my first congestion in a month, the rate was 39, everything was also red, I arrived at the lcd, they drained me and I continued to feed, honestly, I don’t remember what they gave me, then a couple more times my chest hurt, but without a high rate, and you Have you seen another doctor? If you have mastitis, can you continue to breastfeed?
— @lanannik, I have the same thing (only we are 33 weeks (yesterday they took me to 68 in an ambulance and told me to pump... it hurts so much;(
— @mashulkin, you can’t take antibiotics :/
— About 10 times there was congestion in the chest with a temperature of 40. I pumped it with a breast pump, most often from the baby to the breast. And she continued to breastfeed.
— @annetamama, yes, it hurts unrealistically :( but the most offensive thing is that they insist on further cessation of lactation
— @lanannik, okay, but if you take antibiotics while you’re at it, then is it okay? Or do you not want to return to the guards?
— @lanannik, yes, it’s not the best option (they actually told me that there could be blood poisoning, everyone is panicking, and I don’t want to go to the hospital
— @flow, they said that this is no longer stagnation but mastitis. Because even with an empty breast there is a red painful spot and inflammation :/
— I had the same thing. I switched to IV (Nutrilon), I still had colic. It’s a pity, of course. I drank antibiotics, applied cabbage, solutions, the milk disappeared. I completed the guard with Dostinex tablets.
— @annetamama, stagnation before you gave birth and started breastfeeding?
— @lanannik, there are antibiotics that can be used to feed. Amoxiclav, for example. I drank for sinusitis and continued to feed. But if you still decide to switch to IW, don’t be discouraged. There's nothing wrong with that
