  • an oil that, when applied externally, will help in the prevention of stretch marks and the treatment of dermatoses. In addition, it is used for burns, frostbite, and for treating fresh wounds. In cosmetology, it fights early skin aging, dryness and irritability;
  • bagged tea, to prepare which you need to put 1-2 tea bags in a cup and pour boiling water over it.

Methods of preparation and features of use

After certain diagnostics and tests, the doctor may prescribe the use of rose hips in a variety of forms, namely infusion, decoction, syrup or tea.

Rose hip tea

You can either prepare this drink yourself or purchase it in packaged form at any pharmacy. One cup contains approximately 4 grams of raw material (about 2 sachets). Pour boiling water over the rose hips and leave for 30 minutes. After time, the tea should be strained and taken warm. Pregnant women are allowed no more than half a liter of natural drink per day.

Rosehip decoction during pregnancy

When preparing a rosehip-based decoction, you need to know one “secret” - you cannot boil it. Otherwise, all the beneficial vitamins will be destroyed, and the meaning of drinking the drink will be lost. Also, for better brewing, you should use a thermos - this will help to perfectly retain heat without destroying the important elements of the decoction.

Grind the fruits of the plant in advance (1 tbsp), pour boiling water over them (1 cup). Pour the resulting drink into a thermos, close and leave for 12 hours to infuse. Next, the decoction is filtered and consumed without haste - the drink should be drunk slowly. During the day you are allowed to drink no more than two glasses of medicinal decoction.

To prepare a rosehip infusion, pour the dried fruit (20 grams) with boiling water (300 ml) and cover with a lid. The product should be left to steep for 8 hours. After time, the infusion is filtered and consumed immediately before meals in the amount of one glass.

Pregnant women are not recommended to use the infusion more than twice a day.

Rosehip syrup

The syrup is sold in many pharmacies, but you can also prepare it yourself. Pour fresh berries (1.3 kg) with water (2 liters), put on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Next, the product is filtered and left to cool, after which sugar (1.3 kg) is added. After mixing well, return the product to medium heat and cook, stirring, until the required thickness is obtained.

You should consume 1 dessert spoon at a time. In total, a pregnant woman is allowed to consume syrup no more than three times a day. The natural medicine should be stored in a cool, dark place for no more than 20 days.
